About the event
Conditioning and running mechanics taught by certified USA Track and Field Coach Yamar Washington. Athletes will focus on sports conditioning, building leg power, sprint mechanics, and speed endurance.
When: March 12 - April 30 (no sessions April 6 - 10) every Tuesday and Thursday
Time: 4:00p - 5:00p
