Speed Training 101 (Strake Jesuit edition)

Speed Training 101 begins April 25 and runs every Tuesday and Thursday until May 18.  Schedule is as follows:

Session 1: Introduction to Sprint Mechanics

Session 2: Intro to Sprint Mechanics (continued) and Beginner Acceleration

Session 3: Accelerating and Generating Force

Session 4: Accelerating and Maximal Velocity

Session 5: Maximal Velocity

Session 6: Maximal Velocity in Game Situations

Session 7: Maximal Velocity, Combine Prep

Session 8: Combine Prep
