About The Event
Speed City starts in October and runs the duration of Autumn. Each group will meet on their designated day for 8 sesssions throughout the Fall. Schedule is as follows:
Session 1: Introduction to Sprint Mechanics
Session 2: Intro to Sprint Mechanics (continued) and Beginner Acceleration
Session 3: Accelerating and Generating Force
Session 4: Accelerating and Maximal Velocity
Session 5: Maximal Velocity
Session 6: Maximal Velocity in Game Situations
Session 7: Maximal Velocity, Combine Prep
Session 8: Combine Prep
