Speed 101 

The Summer Speed Camp Program begins June 14 and will exclusively focus on speed enhancement.  Speed enhancement includes 1) acceleration, 2) proper running mechanics, 3) development of top end speed, and 4) sprint endurance.   This camp will not only cover timed speed like the 40 yard dash, but also enhance general running speed and agility applied in sports.  Classes last one hour and athletes will need running shoes and cleats.
