About:
330p - The Autumn Conditioning and Agility Series will allow youth athletes to develop overall aerobic and anaerobic fitness, while also developing agility and sport specific movements to make them faster and more explosive.
430p - The Speed Mechanics Series will focus on developing proper running form and speed, emphasizing body position, hip flexor rotation, glute power activation, and knee lift amongst other facets of acceleration and sprinting.
When: Every Tuesday and Thursday October 25 - November 29 (10 sessions) - no sessions Thanksgiving
